Changelog:
-Implemented SmokesMagee's Drop All Death Script. Dead players automatically have their gear stored inside a purple container next to their body that does not despawn. The container can be picked up and carried by a helicopter or a player. The container can also be retrieved from the bottom of the ocean in the event of a water death.
-PVE Only: Implemented new mission claiming system for the PVE server. Claiming will now be performed via an App on the home screen of your Xm8. Further details on mission claiming can be found in the rules here:
-PVE Only: Respect from kills, and mission reward payouts will not be given to a player unless they claimed the mission, or have been given authorization to participate in the mission by another player.
-PVE Only: Reward crates at missions will only be accessible to players with authorization to participate in the mission. (Trader Occupation, House Clearing, Ammo Dump, Sam Site)
-PVE Only: The Reward crates at IDAP Hostages and Vehicle Ammo Dispensers at the Vehicle Ammo Depot will only be accessible to players with authorization to participate in the mission for the first 10 minutes after mission completion. After 10 minutes, these rewards become available to all players. This is because it was always a part of my intended mission design that these mission rewards would be shared and could act as a potential freebie to all players. 10 minutes should be enough time for the claiming players to take everything or most of everything if they so choose.
-PVE Only: Mission reward vehicles (Sam Site, NATO Arty, and Construction Supply Truck) will now be locked by default. They can be unlocked upon completion of the mission, where the pin code will be distributed to all players who have authorization to participate in the mission. If no one takes the vehicle, the reward vehicle will unlock upon server restart.
-PVE Only: It should be noted that the Unsafe Safes Mission no longer requires a claim. Whoever successfully unlocks a crate lays claim to the contents of that crate.
Missions/Events that do not require a claim: Unsafe Safes, Convoy Events, Combat Air Patrol, and Random Loot Crates found around the map.
-Remastered the ISIS Navy Mission and added it back to the server.
-Added the Communications Scanner App back to the XM8. The app has new utility for the ISIS Navy.
-Doubled the reward value for mission-specific challenges.
-The sheep defusal reward payout is now given to each player who participates in the mission. Not just the person who finds the correct sheep.
-The weapon systems on the NATO Battlegroup no longer have infinite ammo, and can also now be destroyed. This should limit their effectiveness in annihilating the NPCs at large missions such as SAM Site or CAP.
-Fixed the client-side game freeze that sometimes occurs when a base raid event spawns on a friendly territory.
-The electric fence base upgrade now applies to Industrial Wire Fencing, and the Corrugated Steel Fence. In addition, pre-existing map fence objects within the territory now also receive the electrified status.
-Removed the razor wire fence kit from the PVE server, as it is bugged.
-Adding or removing supply boxes from a flatbed truck now forces a database update on the vehicle. This should fix an exploit that would allow players to duplicate crates, and also to prevent crates from disappearing from inside of the vehicle.
-Fixed Jet Aircraft from NATO Battlegroup sometimes breaking their landing gear upon purchase.
-Many other fixes and improvements.
